La Gran Esperanza Blanca

La Gran Esperanza Blanca nació en 1986 en la isla de Mallorca, mientras Cisco Fran y Fede Ferocce cumplían su servicio militar. Allí, junto a otro soldado, Manel, y al mallorquín Pepo Granero crearon el grupo. Pudieron ganar un concurso en Palma de Mallorca ese mismo año, pero no fue posible, el mar los separó. Más adelante el grupo tuvo una vida nueva y saludable a partir de 1987 con las incorporaciones de Chuso Al y Chiti Chitez. En 1988 la llegada de Fiddler Paul Croggon cerró la formación clásica del grupo. Editaron EP's con N.O.S.E., discos en vinilo, en CD, participaron en tributos, tras la desgraciada desaparición de Fiddler Paul tuvieron varios bajistas: José L. Perdydo y Agus Enguídanos; y un día de 2002, el grupo se dio cuenta que su tiempo había pasado. Pero, los culos de mal asiento tienen estas cosas y ahora, en estas nuevas edades oscuras, están volviendo, poco a poco, divirtiéndose, haciendo música, viviendo.///La Gran Esperanza Blanca was born in 1986 in Mallorca island while Cisco Fran and Fede Ferocce were serving in the Army. There, with the company of another soldier, Manel, and the islander Pepo Granero they built up the band. They could win a contest in Mallorca City that year, but the sea was between the prize and them. Some months later the band had a new and healthy life when Chuso Al and Chiti Chitez joined the band. In 1988 Fiddler Paul Croggon joined the band too, being that its classical line up. They released EP's with N.O.S.E., vinyl records, CD records, they participated in tribute albums, after the death of Fiddler Paul they had several bass men: José L. Perdydo and Agus Enguídanos; and one day of 2002 the band realized that its time had finished. But, the restless people has this behaviour and now, in these new dark ages, they're coming, slowly, having fun, making music, living.
