Kelsey Briggs was a lively two year old toddler. While her daddy was serving in Iraq, Kelsey was fighting her own battle at home here in Oklahoma. Nine months of documented evidence of abuse was presented to the court. Despite all evidence presented, the court sent Kelsey to the home where she later died.It isn't enough to say "it's so sad that happened." It continues to happen. No community is immune to child abuse. It is time to take a stand for the ones whose cries often go unheard. YOU can make a difference. R.I.P. Sweet Angel ..
