About Me

I have nothing to say on this subject. Curious individuals are encouraged to send a self addressed, stamped envelope and fifty dollars American to the address posted below.

My Interests

Movies, books, and all things media. Base jumping off the couch. Dog fisting. Cock fights. Raging against any type of machine. Holding someone else's breath. The Electric Boogaloo. Cartoons involving circumcision or circumnavigation. Pulling teeth with my bare hands...stuff like that.

I'd like to meet:

Anybody with anything intellegent to say. People who own earmuffs. Female millionaires looking for a very expensive "good time". Batman. Purveyors of good baby back ribs. State Senators with ethics. Et Cetera

Music:

The Camelot Soundtrack, Cher, Nelly, Celine Dion, they all suck. I prefer: Tom Waits, Frank Zappa, Gershwin, The Stones (Rolling), Randy Newman, Carl Orff, Ludwig Van, Floyd (Pink), Coltraine, wind chimes, Peter Cris' solo stuff, The Kinks, The Who, The What, The Why, Earth, Wind and Fire, Air, children laughing, Chicago, Early Genesis, anything played on a marimba or steel drum, people saying "Right again, Eric!"

Movies:

I like 'em all unless Kevin Costner is in it. Annie Hall, Being There, Caddyshack, Down by Law, Evil Dead II, Fitzcarraldo, Great McGinty, Heartbreak Kid, It Happened One Night, The Jerk, King of Hearts, Long Goodbye, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Network, One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest, The Player, Quick Change, Raising Arizona, Sullivan's Travels, This is Spinal Tap, The Unforgiven, Voyage of the Kon-Tiki, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, Xanadu sucked, The Year My Voice Broke, Zero Effect, just to namea few.

Television:

Mr.Show, Arrested Development, and the Simpson's are three shows I will turn the tv on for........then it grabs me and I watch it for days! Fascinating entertainment on every channel! I love it!!

Books:

What horrible Edward Gorey Death will you die?
You will sink in a mire. You like to think you're normal, but deep down you really just want to strip off your clothes and roll around in chicken fat.

Manifest Destiny's Child

My new red friend Wildfire took me on a hike yesterday.  He's actually a pretty good hiker.  It turns out he couldn't walk the other night because he was drunk.  Who knew?  We drov...

Notes From Silver City

Wind of Change

Here I am in Silver City, New Mexico.  A small town in the Southwestern corner of the state.  It's very similar in many ways to the small town I grew up in in Minnesota.  Everybody know...

Red Light, Yellow Light, Green Light, Go.

While driving through Arizona today, I thought of a story that doesn't really apply to anything, but I found it appropriate.  So here it is:  Years ago, I moved to Boston from Minnesota...

Walking in L.A.

The beds I am sleeping on just keep getting better and better.  After a blissful night on a King size extra comfort SL (or something similar to that classic model) I awake feeling nineteen again....
