4 Decibels and Falling are born in October 2006, when, after the end of a previous project involving Simo and Matteo, Cesco joins the band as bass player. The trio soon starts composing songs and in April 2007 the formation gets complete with the entry of Riccardo (already running a solo project called Collective of One) as singer. The band is now working on the composition of new songs while preparing for the recordings of the first demo.

I 4 Decibels and Falling nascono nell'Ottobre 2006, quando, dopo lo scioglimento di un precedente progetto, a Simo e Matteo si unisce come nuovo bassista Cesco. Il trio inizia subito a comporre pezzi propri e la formazione viene completata, nell'Aprile 2007, con l'ingresso nel gruppo di Riccardo, già impegnato in un suo progetto solista (Collective of One). La band è tuttora impegnata nella realizzazione di nuovi pezzi in attesa della registrazione del primo demo.
