THE HYPNOSLUGS

The band was born in 2004, and was called "The Hell's Dolls", after Dani's idea to create a band inspired by glam rock milestones such as Motley Crue, Shameless, Pretty Boy Floyd. The original members of this band were Rez (voice and guitar), Dani (guitar), Johnny (drums) and Sune (bass guitar). Almost one year after the group's birth, Sune decides to leave the band and Randy takes his place. The Hell's Dolls keep performing on different occasions and in local clubs until summer 2006 when, after a long period of inactivity in which all members pursued collateral projects, the band gets back to playing together and takes the name of "The Hypnoslugs" focussing more on northern-europe-like trends. Most ideas are drawn on bands like The Hellacopters, Backyard Babies and Gluecifer. During the same year the band members start writing some music and in summer 2007 they come up with their first full-lenght work containing 9 fucking rock and roll tracks.
