(If you wanna add this mixtape to your page, just email us, and we'll send you the code for it!!!)DJ's - Please add these songs to your playlist, or radio rotation - ThanksThis page was designed specifically from Music Moguls, and CEO's of record labels. You will not see a tremendous amount of hits, or music plays on this site. I have another main site, which is www.myspace.com/lix360 for that purpose. What you will see on this page is an artist that is different from the rest. I know some of you have never heard of me, and that is totally fine. I have been around for some time, and have made a bit of a name for myself in the music industry. But we are all human, and I have also made a few mistakes along the way which cost me dearly. Mostly with managers, and producers, but I take full responsibility for my actions. What I want each music moguls that visits this page to know is that I respect your hustle. I realize that we live in a time where music has totally gone digital. I also realize that the single drives the market. I currently have an album on iTunes, and a Song from a Snoop Dogg compilation as well. I have compassion for you all as Music Moguls, as I understand to some extent what it is to run a record label having owned my own indie label for more than a year now. Choosing the right singles, marketing plans, distribution channels, dealing with artists, and the costs of doing business. It is very tough. But, we are all put on this earth for a reason, and I believe you are all truly blessed for your efforts. As far as me, I have a strong passion for music. And I have impeccable work ethics and drive. When the pressures on, I step up to the challenge. The songs I have selected to put on this special site are the ones that got the most feedback Globally. Feel free to check BDS reports for songs like "Tipsy", and Money Man". Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to visit my site, specifically designed for you. Please sit back, enjoy the music, and really consider giving me a well deserved chance to prove myself on a worldwide level in this music industry. Thank you.Born Decmber 30th, 1977 in New Orleans, Louisiana, Lix was never a stranger to street life, drugs, and murder. By the age of 3, Lix had already witnessed domestic violence, and saved his older sister from a botched kidnapping attempt by age 4. Shortly after this traumatic experience Lix and his family moved to Seattle, Wa. Lix grew up in a poverty stricken home environment, which led him to seek alliances with local gang members. By age 17, Lix had started his own Gang (social collective) called FPG. Instead of terrorizing the community, FPG formed local basketball teams, started their own music recording studios, held community parties for local teens, and protected one another from local gangs. FPG modeled their image after the Dogg Pound, which was a popular rap group in 1995. By age 18, Lix had lost his first friend to gang violence. That would not be the last friend he would lose. Lix and the FPG then joined in alliance with the local Crips in retalliation for his friends murder. He then started selling drugs, and fueding with local Blood gangs. After making a truce with some Blood gangs around Bremerton and Seattle, Wa. Lix began forming business partnerships with local gang members and selling cd's all over the westcoast including California, Oregon, and Washington State. Lix love and passion for hip-hop only grew. He began sponsoring larger rap shows in his community, and also recruiting more members to the FPG association. By late 2001, FPG had reached over 200 members from Seattle, WA. to Southern California. In 2002, after being assaulted and maced by Local police officers, Lix formed yet another alliance with OOG's from the 74 Hoover Crips, who eventually taught him proper leadership skills, networking, and different street codes and lessons on life. Adding these lessons to what Lix was taught by his Uncle, an Ex-Black Panther, Lix set his sights on making it big in the music industry. After Lix's Uncle caught his first drug charge in 2002, Lix decided to move to New York City to persue a career in music. Lix is already ahead of the rest when it comes to work ethics. His strong drive and ambition landed him an endorsement agreement with the world famous Dogg Pound, back in 2005. That's Right, Snoop Dogg, Daz Dillinger, Nate Dogg, and Kurupt. Since that time Lix has been featured on Allhiphop.com, TheSource.com, and Rago Magazine.com. Lix has also had radio airplay in the US (XM Satellite radio, Sirius Radio and KJAMS in Tulsa, Oklahoma), United Kingdoms (Bobby Friction and Nihal show (BBC Radio 1), Japan (Joint 1 Radio 76.1 FM), and Germany (Black Jam Radio, Shouted FM, And Jam FM). "I'm living the American Dream" Lix says. And he truly is. Just last month, Lix was given the opportunity to be on stage with Fat Joe, Ice T, and KRS-1 at a Listening Party in New York City. "It's amazing what can happen when you prove yourself to be one of the best rappers on the planet, I'm truly Blessed," Lix adds. Lix has been on numerous volumes of All Access DVD, with artist like Jay-Z, Cassidy, Young Jeezy, Juelz Santana, Mike Jones, Slim Thugg, Gloria Velez, Maino, and More. As he put's it " I love the hip-hop culture, and I settle for nothing less than what I deserve". Lix maintains a positive outlook, and remians optimistic about the music business. Lix's goal is to have a nationwide hit single by the end of 2007. He is willing to do collaborations with other artists, producers, film & movie directors, and Singers. Contact Lix's attorney, Dedra Davis at: [email protected] with any contracts or legal concerns. To discuss possible business ventures with Lix directly, please email us on Myspace or at [email protected]. Most of the time, Lix is in New York, New Jersey, New Orleans or Seattle, WA. But, i'ts no problem to fly out to Cali either.
