In the year 2005, Cato and Kent made their move. With Thomas, a childhood friend, they gave birth to "DonkeyBoy". Many songs had been written throughout the years and now the time had come to share them with others. DonkeyBoy started out as a quartet with friend Øyvind Haga on the guitar. After one year of local and International achievements, gigs and fun, things took a new turn. Kent had to change main instrument after a working accident. The person stepping in was Alex, who had been working in a local music store over the last years. When Haga unfortunately had to leave the band, Peter gently took his place. After the band was up and running again they got more productive than ever.
With good help from Nrk p3, a national radio channel, DonkeyBoy got a great start on their journey. Playing their songs and promoting up and coming bands would show out to be very helpful. Management deal, free music video and more gigs.
Using the web to show off their music gave many advantages. More radio play all around the world brought more attention to the band. In late 2006, factor films heard the song "Broke my eyes" and decided to put it on a Snowboard movie, which was attached to a Snowboard magazine all around Europe. Later, Members of the legendary band "The Who", gave compliments to DonkeyBoy after they published the song "Somehow" on the english site IAC music.Contact Management: Arne Aronsen +4792891523Fax: 69344633I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
