Hello everyone! First of all welcome to the Unbearable Concerts myspace, and thank you for finding us on this great end massive thing we call ’internet’!
A short bio would be something like this,
“It started all in the year 2007, when Maarten , Yannick , Hanne and Sammy would reach the age of 18 years. To celebrate this, we wanted to give a show. We had everything planned out perfectly, with bands such as Dividing The Line (uk), Avenues And Silhouettes (sp) and Campus. The show would be on September 22nd this dream exploded when the tour got shortened, and our date fell out of the tour. Bummer! At that time, Unbearable Concerts was already Unbearable Concerts because we needed a name to start this myspace. (If any of you would like to know, proud myspace members since May 30th 2007). To get us back on the ‘bio-track’, a project that was originally planned for only one show, out birthday show, couldn’t do this show. So Maarten (also a member of Deviant Projects ) continued this project, and kept the original name. The first real show was October 12th at the local youth club called JC Tessloo. He did this show together with founding Deviant Projects member, Tijs . Because this was a small success, and we all had a great time, plans were quickly made to do some more shows.
Going to college, and meeting new friends, Maarten met Jelle , a great guy with a good taste in music. After a while, Jelle asked Maarten if he woodened help him out with his first show. Always ready to give a helpful hand, Maarten accepted, and so now we’re doing our first show in Lommel (Jelle’s hometown)
Future looks bright, since original co-founder of Unbearable Concerts, Yannick, still wants to help organizing shows. So in August we have another show with Belgium metalcore pride, going under the name of Sparkle of Hope! “
