Miss Rose Thorne lives in the East End of London. She blossomed onto the burlesque scene in late summer 2007, just as the rains were falling.
Rose was trained by the fabulous Miss Jo King of the London Academy of Burlesque. Jo choreographed Squaw Blimey and is a fantastic mentor. Read more about Miss Thorne's fantastic relationship with Jo in the blog section.
Miss Rose Thorne won 1st place at the September Tournement of Tease, with her act "Squaw Blimey!". The act also won first place at the House of Mirth. She has performed at Volupte, Madam JoJos, The Arts Club, The Met Bar and Bethnal Green Working Mens Club.

"Squaw Blimey!" is the story of a Native American Squaw who appears on stage to the sounds of distant woops, waving her latest scalp above her head. She dances a rain dance with her tomahawk proudly held high. But how will she get out of those wet clothes?
"The Scarlet Woman" is the timeless tale of a good girl gone oh so bad. Classic femme fatale burlesque meets film noir in this tantalising, sultry and scandalous routine
“Don’t Eat The Daises†is pure cheesecake, garden style, served up with a dollop of chantilly cream! Watch Miss Thorne sew the seeds of classic burlesque, cute, cheeky and charming.
NEW "The Elephant Woman" for freakshows and halloween! A glamourous showgirl strip tease with just a little something extra! No peeking!
She enjoys grindin’ in the garden and shimmying in the shrubbery.
Current pictures show Miss Thorne, proudly curvaceous, pale and interesting. As well as sharing with you pictures of Monkey the glitter-puss, and some of my favourite things (and places).
Oh, to be in New York in the winter…
