Greetings to All...In my current incarnation, Lord Razzle. I am experimenting with many kinds of styles and rythms..... over the years I have had the good fortune to share the stage with many.... Every experience has changed my perspective on music.... both writing and performing... a very eclectic background that had reached into many genres of music from gigs with Neil Diamond, Richie Havens, Jay and the Americans, Steely Dan, Blue Oyster Cult, Cinderella, the Psychedelic Furs, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Concrete Blonde, Mink Deville, Robbie Robertson and Rick Danko, Liquid Lovers, Rapture, The Good Rats.... I love all kinds of music and I am particularly interested currently in trying to blend the best of old styles and new ideas together..... I enjoy letting a song write itself... I usually start with a thought or an emotion, pick up a guitar or whatever else works and just follow the flow.... Recently I have been fortunate enough to have acquired one of the late Elliot Smith's accoustic guitars and I have been hugging it late at night waiting for it to talk to me... quite amazing really.... it's an old Yamaha Black Label circa 1972 and it has the mojo !!!! ;-) Lately I've written a few things on it and with the wonders of computer magic was able to convert some of the guitar tracks to piano.... the possibilities are quite amazing and "Lord Razzle" will be the experiment into this realm... a little of everything mixed together.... I'm having some fun, stomping my feet and shedding a tear or two.... It would be my extreme pleasure if you all would join me from time to time.....
