Dj Lestad,real name Adriano De Luca, was born
in Italy on 05/17/1988, in a small city centre near
Naples.He start is musical trip still when he was still
a child listening to the eurodance musical gener. This
listening made his inclination to the electronic music
and in particoular his interest to the dj culture.
At the age of 12/13 he starts to approciate himself to
the dance culture, starting to examinate more deeply
the profession of dj.
At the age of 14/15, Lestad experiments himself to the
electronic composition with the use of computer.
After a year, Lestad invest money in dj instruments
but he is slowly avoiding in this period the idea and the
image of the dj only as a profession and a job. Infact,
tnx also to the discover of important electronic artist of the
european electronic music set, as for example Chemical Brothers,
Prodigy and Kraftewerk, and great exponents of the wordly Dj culture,
as Dj shadow, Lestad starts to imaginate an idea of the
dj as a real musician and an exspressive artist of this age.
The musical experience of lestad matures more and more during
his next years, caming in contact also with the exspresison of all the
alternative musical tendeces which have charachterized the story of
the music, in particoular all the alternative tendences derived from Rock,
as old and new punck and Metal.He, in particoular, studyed deeply the
features of the punk culture.
So, in more recent times, Lestad is become an expert dj, who consider the
importance of all the alternative cultures for the esxpression of contemporanery
life and who want to revale and affirmate this importance to all the modern
and future generations....
