Studio E 103fm Was founded in 1991 from journalist Kostas Kaltsis, while from 1998 the owner is Vasilis Kaltsis. Along with the weekly newspaper "Erevna" consists a strong combination of up-to-date media, in both News and Music. From 1995 a direction change makes studio e the most active radio station in Ioannina, by organising gigs with local bands, and Panipeirotika fests. 103 FM hads been for the following years the "center" around which was built the , very much active in those years, local rock scene. in some occasions, bands made their first steps by playing live for Studio E.Now Studio E, with it's new program, hopes to conquer even the most demanding listener.Studio E's music direction is for sure Rock, but never leaves out other genres (alternative rock, indie,classic rock, hip-hop, post punk, electro) embracing and showcasing music worthy of it. That is proved by the shows that consist it's weekly program. The Morning zone consists mainly from News shows while the rest of the program is directed in music, musical news and entertainment.
