Good things in life but please let's preserve our world !!!!!!... Apart from that I'm making a 10 YO dream true startin' talkboxing ! I'm also a Movie Freak and I love Jade plants and Mint Tea too !!
I'm talking about celebrities here !
There's lot of people I admire, but I'm not sure to know what I'd tell'em if I'd meet'em. Some are dead & some are still alive. Anyway here's few names :
Roger TROUTMAN (RIP),
Lynda DARNELL (RIP),
Jack KIRBY (RIP),
Russ MEYER (RIP),
David LYNCH,
Charles LANE,
Devante SWING,
Paul WILLIAMS,
FEIST,
Mark RYDEN,
Preity ZINTA,
H-TOWN & Dino LIBEROCHI CONNER (RIP),
Jack "JB" BLACK - Cyril HANOUNA - Eric ANTOINE (The absolute comical pack),
AU REVOIR SIMONE (Actually I met'em at their gig last night at LA FONDATION CARTIER, I even told the one with glasses that she had some really good moves on stage... They were invited by David LYNCH & they performed with him in the front row... lucky girls !!!)
In the Eye candy section, Vida GUERRA but only if I was a Bachelor ...
I'm kind of eclectic : As a Youngster I was into The Bangles and Dire Strait, Then my Homie El Magnifico took me into the Hip Hop and New Jack world, I stayed there from 1989 till 1997. That's when I left for the UK which opened my mind a lot. Since then I'm into anything good with a special thing for talkboxing stuffs. Some of my current and all time favorites are : Zapp and Roger, H-Town, Bell Biv Devoe, Keith Sweat, The Dallas Austin / Teddy Riley / Devante Swing Productions and all the Legends of the great years of the good Ol' New Jack Swing Era (too many to name them all), Warren G, The UK 2steps Garage sound, The French Touch period, More recently : Feist, I Wayne, Patrice, Au revoir Simone, ...
If there would be one film to choose from it would be : "Sidewalk Stories" (1989) By Charles lane. A Nearly silent comedy filmed in black and white follows a New York street artist (Charles Lane), who rescues a baby after her father was murdered. The best film ever with no DVD available up to Now !!!!!!!! What a shame ! Where you at Charles LANE ? I whorship you and I want to thank you for this movie !!!
I would recommend : A CERTAIN AGE by Rebecca RAY // I GOT YOUR BACK - life as Tupac SHAKUR's Bodyguard in the hardcore world of gangsta rap by Frank ALEXANDER // FRENCH TOUCH by Jerome JOURDAIN
