Sometimes our trials and tribulations, personal pain, world issues and all the grim news images can make us lose sight of the inherent 'beauty and intrigue' in life and the earth we live on. For me, that's where photography comes in. Put a camera around my neck and I automatically see everything in a different light.
I'm open to shooting just about anything but my favorite shots to take are abstract ones. To bring things to life with a unique perspective... I love it. (Plus it speaks to my dark side.)
