Luana Corino aka Luisiana Cotegno, in arte La Miss, nasce a Treviso il 25 agosto del 1984 e muove i primi passi nella scena Hip-Hop appena quindicenne.
Nel 2000 entra a far parte dell' "Antro Family", calcando i palchi assieme all 'ex gruppo trevigiano nelle sue prime Jam.
Nel 2003 decide di lavorare al suo primo progetto solista come MC, momento che anticipa l’uscita del demo "Lulù LaMiss", registrato in uno degli studi più prestigiosi del Nord Italia, lo "Studiobeat" di Irko. E’ grazie alle prime performance da solista che inizia a farsi largo nella scena underground trevigiana.
Per un periodo di circa 3 anni, La Miss abbandona l’attività live per dedicarsi allo studio del canto con l' insegnante Monica Galliazzo, tuttora sua insegnante, e al perfezionamento della tecnica di scrittura, passando dal Rap al canto Soul e R&B. Questa scelta la porterà alla collaborazione attiva come cantante e autrice nelle produzioni di Irko e anche in svariati progetti underground, ultimo fra i quali quello di Ciacca, ex componente dei c13, che sta per uscire anch'egli con il primo album da solista.
Attualmente LaMiss sta lavorando al suo primo album solista ufficiale: "Il Profumo Della Pioggia" è il risultato di anni di studio ed esperienze live, e racchiude i colori e i sapori della sua musica.....dalle influenze decisamente eclettiche e dalle svariate produzioni e collaborazioni provenienti dall' emisfero underground.
Il progetto è coordinato come sempre dal fedele amico Irko e da Filippo Giorgi (Smc Italia).
LaMiss, nonostante gli impegni discografici, continua a condurre il suo programma su "Up Radio" (www.upradio.it) in diretta il venerdì sera dalle 20.00 alle 22.00 ormai diventato un punto di riferimento per gli appassionati di musica black di tutta Italia.

Luana Corino aka Luisiana Cotegno, artistically known as LaMiss, was born in Treviso, the 25th August 1984 and entered the hip hop scene only at 15 years old. In 2000 she took part to the “Antro Family”, starting performing with the group during their first jams. In 2003 she started her own solo project as an MC, coming out with the ”LULU’ LA MISS” demo which was recorded in one of the most prestigious recording studios of Northern Italy: the STUDIOBEAT of Irko. Thanks to her first solo performances, she started being a part of the Treviso music underground scene. For 3 years LaMiss has attended singing lessons with Monica Galliazzo, who is still her vocal coach . Meanwhile she improves and develops her writing technique and style, stepping from rap to soul and R&B. Thanks to this choice, she has started collaborating with Irko to his productions but also with other underground projects such as that of Ciaccia, ex C13, also coming out with his first solo project.
Currently LaMiss is working on her official first solo album “IL PROFUMO DELLA PIOGGIA” (The scent of rain). It’s the result of years of work in studio and live, it picks up the colours and sounds of her music, from the more eclectic influences to the various productions and collaborations of the underground hemisphere.
The project is coordinated as usual by Irko, her faithfull friend, and by Filippo Giorgi (Smc Italia).
LaMiss, despite her music engagements, keeps hosting her radio show on UP RADIO (www.upradio.it ) live on air every Friday from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. which is a real benchmark for the black music lovers of whole Italy.OFFICIAL RECORDING STUDIO
