Ok so heres the thing...i pretty much use this to keep in contact with people i already know. I'm not looking to meet up, hook up, or hang out with random people from the internet. I have better things to do, and so should you.
I dont accept random friend requests, so dont bother.

And DONT use my comments as your own personal advertising space. dj's, promoters, and bands-if we're actually friends, you know i'm more than happy to let you post your event, show, flyer, whatever..but at least have the decency to ask or its just gonna get deleted.

Queen, the beatles, the stones, jack's mannequin, imogen heap, wilco, robert johnson, the faint, the shins(it'll change your life) Nellie McKay, Trans-siberian Orchestra, Dropkick murphys, rachel yamagata, Lou torres, muse, billie, ella, peggy lee, bob marley, Jeff buckley, The Pixies, A3, bloc party, rilo kiley, The flaming lips, FIF, hendrix ... this would take forever and then some. I like some stuff in just about every style..as long as its not so overproduced and commercialized you can no longer see into the soul of the artist and what inspired them in the first place..because then it ceases to be art. its product.
Garden state, Boondock saints, fight club, Buffalo 66, Empire records,August rush, Crossroads(the ralph macchio movie not the brittney one) spinal tap, Rent, kiss kiss, bang bang, the blues brothers, fear and loathing in las vegas, south park, cannibal! the musical, and plenty other of the hundreds of dvds in the room next to mine...the bro buys dvds like i buy music, what can ya do.:)
I dont get to watch much tv, anybody want to buy me a tivo? i just buy old seasons on DVD.. Dexter, weeds, the black donnellys(my heart is still broken over that one) deadwood, Simpsons, Family Guy and Mr. Show, Scrubs, all things chapelle, LOST, ALI G, house, all those FX dramas that are like televised crack, arrested development, 24, carnivale, sleeper cell...on second thought maybe i do watch too much tv. LOL
currently-slouching towards nirvana-bukowski, American Psycho-bret easton ellis, a cooks tour by anthony bourdain, wonderful tonight by pattie boyd. a long way down by nick hornby, and fear and loathing(and other stories) Hunter S. Thompson....other than that, Classic Lit (the stuff they made you read in school) trashy rock biographies, and anything by chuck palahniuk..seriously anything...memos, grocery lists, whatever. also charles bukowski and chuck klosterman...apparently i like reading things by men named charles.
pattie boyd, my parents, trey parker, chuck klosterman, and you if you find me an adventure :)
