My name is Ricky Deal, I am a worship leader for the 678 middle school ministry & Liquid High School Ministry at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale. I've been studying music and martial arts for most of my life and love both. I've been doing nothing but chillin since sunday night, eating good food, watching good movies. and sleeping a lot. Wow I needed a vacation. And it's so awesome here in texas.

I love fighting, is that so wrong?

I just finshed running, and fight training. There are few things more satisfying then kicking someone holding pad and sending them across a room. You should try it sometime, no really you should.
