The song of the week changes....weekly....
I have this little game I play....I try to fit movie quotes (and sometimes song lyrics...I have a vast store of both committed to memory) into everyday conversation and see if anyone picks up on them...sometimes it works and I am thrilled to pieces, but most people just don't pay that close attention, so it usually ends up being kind of dissappointing. Some of my favorites include but are not limited to: The Royal Tennanbaums, Sense and Sensibility (my absolute favorite), Quills, Walk the Line, Igby Goes Down, Little Miss Sunshine(the newest addition to the list, if you haven't seen it run, don't walk), Vanilla Sky, The Last Samurai (for the record I think Tom Cruise is a douche and not a good actor), There are more but I either can't think of them all at the moment or I haven't seen them yet.
It's not TV. It's HBO
I have kind of a book obsession. I love being surrounded by books and if I had it my way I would live in the library at the Biltmore (although I have not seen it I hear it is right up my alley). I have this thing about buying books but then not really reading them (hey, it could be worse...there are far more detrimental addictions available....)
Ani DiFranco; Colbert; MYSELF, dammit
