About My Art
We Live In A Society Where Conformity Is Encouraged && Individuality Is Met With Hostility. Punks, Goths, Emos && Other Stereotyped Styles Are Seen To Be 'Weird', Why Is This?? My Style Of Art Epitomises Individuality && As Many People Have Noted, 'Weird'.
I Was First && Foremost Inspired By The Self Portraits Hanging In The Foyer Of Winchmore School. These Had Me Awestruck From The Moment I Laid Eyes On Them. Over The Years Surrounded By The Changing Portraits, My Love For Colour Developed && They Slowly But Surely Began To Make Appearances In My Work.
I Drew My First Ever Portrait On The 3rd Of May 2007 && Found That It Was A Good Likeness Of My Subject. This Was Sketched With A Coloured Background. From Then On, I Sketched. I Soon Got Bored And Extremely Frustrated With These. A Friend Then Asked Me To Do Him A Picture In An Exclusive Style. I Tried To Add Colours In A Realistic Style But Felt Restricted In My Colour Choices. I Experimented With Abstract Colour && It Became One Of My Best Pieces I'd Done; Thus, My Style Was Born =D.
From Then On My Drawings Have Flourished && My Style Has Evolved && Improved Dramatically.
My Drawings Are Free Of Charge As It Is Simply A Hobby && By No Means Do I Take It Seriously.
