I moved to Riverside County from Knoxville, Tennessee because the brochures made it look as if it had the best weather in California. Unfortunately, that was a lie because when I arrived it was much hotter than advertised. The county Chamber of Commerce and tourist board deliberately withheld information of potential heat waves and hot temperatures and that's why suing them is the only the fair thing to do.
