ART
I love listening to music as well as writing/performing music. I play keyboards, guitar, and vocals. I also enjoy photography, poetry, and drawing.
BODY
I like running and getting into shape. I run 5 miles a day on an elliptical trainer. I also like rollerblading, swimming, yoga, tai chi, and qi gong. I like to cook, and I try to eat healthy.
MIND
I always enjoy a good challenge, so I play computer adventure games. I do two sudoku puzzles every day, but only the most challenging ones to keep my mind sharp. I love to read and learn new things. I am currently studying Mandarin Chinese, hypnotism, graphology, acupressure, and qi gong.
ADVENTURE
I love experiencing new things. I love international travel and learning about other cultures. I have been to Taiwan three times. I really enjoy Asian culture and cooking. I also enjoy roller coasters and amusement parks. I balance the adventure with gardening and nature.
I am always looking to meet new friends because I believe that one can never have too many friends.
