ating what I cook :),natural/organic foods,sleeping, music,lighthouses and seashores,photography, writing poetry,great food, wine,my girls,traveling( see my pics section), Laying on the lanai and watching the planes fly by (if youre entering or exiting FL over the West Coast ...wave :) I love being knee deep in colored leaves. I love my kids. I use this site to look out for my daughter and her friends to make sure they are behaving. If they arent, they hear from me. I hate it when parents dont get involved and let their kids have TOO much freedom before they are old enough to know how to use it wisely. Dont be their friend..be their parent...give a crap! Be thankful for heathly happy kids and dont take them for granted!!

I am here to meet people that enjoy the same types of music that I do.Im a family person..totally.. cant exist w/o them. They always come first and I will do anything for them. I will always be a New England girl at heart. Overly analytical. Love to help people. Avid concert "goer". Strong belief in GOD. My hubby is wonderful. He bends over backwards for people to the point of insanity... I dont think its healthy...but Im not complaining!! Seriously he is the best...Sushi lover. Im complicated so as soon as I figure myself out, I will share. Wine tasting fan. Martini girl. Live for music. Clowns F-A-Reak me out!!Im known in most of my previous work places as "the girl who keeps us sane". I have been known to jump up on my chair and break into song for absolutely no reason...or surf around the office on a file cart...whatever gets me through the day!I have a strange obsession w/ the 40s. I have a WEAKNESS for English and Australian accents... Wine and the night make me become very philosophical. I love hanging w/ good friends and having good cocktails...I hate "labels", who started this anyway..I will never define myself by the name on the ass of my jeans. Im not into designer anything...a name means squat to me. I am the most unorganized person you will probably ever meet. I must have been in the Sushi line when God handed out the math and sense of direction part of my brain. Have the coolest cats Yin ,Yang, and Yasmin. Hubby has a cat Tigger and 2 dogs ,that enjoy christening my floors more than life itself... I like chilly clear nights where i can hop on my bike w/ my tunes and ride until my quads feel as though they could explode. I love emotion , good, bad, ugly, raw whatever. I love to love people, straight, gay, black, white,skinny, fat, short,tall, jewish, christian..whatever. I need to connect with people. I connect through the eyes. You know how some people you can look into their eyes and see right through their head to the wall behind them? I have to be able to see their soul. Some people just seem, well " hollow" If I connect w/ you, you will be in my life as a friend forever..and I will always keep in touch. I love to learn something new every day..STILL cannot understand how people can blow money on stuff that means NOTHING...they will be eternally searching for some kind of inner happiness they will never find in a shopping mall. Spend $200 bucks on something to carry my money in??? I think not. Its not about what you have, its about who you are.Studies have shown people need "designer" things so they can look down on people who have less and it makes them feel better about themselves...sad... How you treat others will be how they treat you. I believe in karma. Mom of 2 BEAUTIFUL girls, 13yrs(her goal is to be president) old and 2 yrs(she is a mermaid and a doctor :). I dislike greedy, shallow,materialistic people. Im not one of those girls who is obsessed w/ jewelry, shoes, etc. Im very secure in who am I am..If you dont like me ..buggar off! Im disgusted when people have kids and then dont feel the need to raise them, then wonder why they wind up messed up w/ no morals. HELLO??!! They are our future!!.Im not into the "do as I say, not as I do" bull-hit. If you want them to do the right thing, be their role model. Its just common sense. I was born late and still am compulsively late..love it or hate it, its who I am. I can't stand bad grammar.I think more women need self respect! Dont dumb yourself down. I have a low tolerance for superficial Bimbos and tarts. I believe you can commuicate purely w/ the eyes..I love laughing until I cry and cant breathe. Its the only way to feel alive. I LOVE funny people, not "lemme tell a joke funny" nudge, nudge, but REALLY funny, people, the kind that cant help but have funny things trickle out of their mouths. I can listen to the elderly for hours as they relive memories of their yesterdays w/ such joy. My Grandpa was great at that..from remembering the depression, to working for Howard Hughes,having CIA access, and playing sax in a jazz band opening up for Rudee Valley. I love GOOD conversation w/ interesting people. I would love to find someone who is book smart AND has common sense(anyone there?). I have yet to see those two things in the same package. It drives me crazy when people repeat themselves(Dad)..or state the obvious. Dont talk just to hear your own voice...say something interesting or say nothing at all..silence is not always a bad thing! I love to dance. I love to be hugged...tightly....My idea of intimate is listening to the heartbeat of someone I love, inhaling their breath or memorizing the lines on their skin. Im very honest. Ive never done drugs..none. I think drugs are for a**holes that cant stand looking at themselves in the mirror everyday because they are disappointed at what they see. Gossipy women crack me up. I somehow always seem to surround myself w/ them. But hey, Im fascinating like that ya know!! Dont you wish you were me?? Im at the point in life where I dont have time to pretend to like people I dont and if you dont like me..well, your loss! If you have the personality of a stick,Im probably not going to enjoy hanging out w/you...no offense. I like to have fun but be responsible at the same time.. Dont think I am snob because I dont say a lot, Im shy, so dont take it the wrong way! I believe in the end there will be justice for all. Now that all that is said and done....Thank you and Goodnight :)I work from home for a law firm reviewing files for attorneys which is great because I can stay home w/ my kids and not get brain rot :) I do some accounting onthe side. Ive worked being an analyst for a Social Security Disabilty/SSI firm for 10 years..I have reunited w/ some special people and met some very wonderful people on this site and hope to meet more.---

---Music is like air to me. I LOVE music.If there were a word bigger than love, I would use it. My taste in music is definately diverse. Its like loving all different types of wine...Going to concerts is my release. My favorite is Rick Springfield (what gave it away?). I have been a fan for 25 years. His lyrics are intense, his live performances put other bands to shame...his emotion is raw and he holds back nothing... and he is beautiful so that doesnt hurt. Anyway, music... I named both my girls after songs..Rhianna (after Rhiannon by fleetwood mac) and Ciarrah(actually came from Sarah's smile- Hall and Oates).I just added a little twist to them.. Sometimes I just like to listen to music that makes me Rock out and seduces me , sometimes I want it to relax me into a coma or transport me somewhere. I LOVE the drums. Drum solos give me goosebumps!!! I love the bass. Im an 80s fan...watched all of Live aid non stop w/ my best friend(and taped it), was in Hands across America in Manhanttan, owned the Feed The World making of the video, used to sit by the radio listening to Z100 in Manhattan waiting for Durannie news to come on every night at 6:30 and would call into the radio station, the recording studios..where ever I could to try to get a piece :)...you name it...I probably did it! Now my favorites are, Rick of course, Sting,David Gray and Rachel Yamagata(both of who I recently,accidently stumbled across on Itunes) Regina Spektor,Aerosmith,Duran Duran , Fiona Apple,Sade, Enya,Richard Marx, Motley Crue. various nujazz artists and ambient/atmospherical music. Anything but country, its way too literal, way too twangy..so NOT me,actually, it makes me want to blow my head off...no offense to you if you like county. Not crazy about classical either except for using it on my kids. Ive always put my babies to sleep to it and as studies have shown, they are UBERintelligent because of it! Music to me is an experience, something you have to feel not hear. I will never understand people that dont get into music. I just cant get into them!

Movies:
I cant say I really LIKE a lot of movies. Although I rarely see any so that doesnt help. We have a home theatre and hubby only uses it to watch football and I to do yoga... Some that Ive liked in the past are Angela's ashes, The Pianist, Chocolat, Memoirs of a Geisha.
