Man, I wouldn't know where to start. Ask my wife! Ok, I've been informed that I should share a little more info about myself. I love music, I love writing music, I love mixing and producing. I moved to Tennessee in 2003 to work for George Massenburg. He's one of the best engineers in the world and a good friend. Without George I wouldn't be where I am today. After working with George for a couple of years John McBride was looking for another engineer at Blackbird Studio. So, I worked for John and when George needed me I was able to go and help him. Best of both worlds. I work now at Blackbird full-time. Going on 4 yrs. now. I've been blessed in being able to work with the best artist and musicians in the business. Like Martina McBride, Alison Krauss, Faith Hill, Tim Mcgraw, Rascal Flatts, Bob Seger, Michael W Smith, Richard Marx, Dolly Parton, Keith Urban, Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Charlie Peacock, Jars of Clay, Breaking Benjamin, and Ralph Stanley to name a few. I took a managers position at the studio (which enables me to see my family, no more 100 hr weeks). I still do some engineering on the side and still enjoy it. I just feel like at this time with a 12 and 14 yr. old I need to be home and be a Husband and a Dad. My passion is writing and I have been working with a very talented writer and singer Chris Phillips. We have written some awesome songs and are hoping to get some cuts. My other passion is hunting and fishing. Turkey hunting is my favorite. My daughter also loves it. My son is more into deer hunting. My wife Tammy went Turkey hunting with me for the fist time this year and she loved it. We own a farm in Sante Fe. We hope to build on it someday. We also are in the process of remodeling a house that was built in 46. It's on 2 acres. We are living in the house and working on it at the same time. That can be stressful. I LOVE FOOD! I love meat! I'm definitely a carnivore. I love to cook ( My wife likes that). Especially on the grill. I love cooking for large groups of people. I have friends that would like for me to start a restaurant, but I don't want to go broke. I like Italian and some Mexican. If you want to know anything else, your gonna have to ask.
