alias pail has been a solo project of bedroom recordings and performances, tricking friends and roomates over the years to record. influences come from twee pop, folk, electronica, underground japanese, and experimental music.
currently working on projects with my pal foot foot in japan, and steve dacosta ( plinth ) in the uk. circuit bending instruments and designing new ones for performance. playing in twi and humble feather . also rehearsing alias pail material with hiko and hektor for live performances.

'toys we made' is a collection of 13 songs and instrumental tracks all based on the use of bent instruments. each track features bent instruments we've created ourselves. it was created for the celebration of our performance at bent festival 2007 in new york city. sounds vary from poppy electronics to drone/ambient to experimental/hardcore. songs are also collaborations with fellow musical friends twi and humble feather , julianna barwick , simon grimm , and dion dhrati.
