A 5 piece band, Through Bullets and Bravery are: Greg Pierson (vocals), Brenton Wilson (lead Guitar), Daniel Shepherd (rhythm guitar), Jesse Blackburn (Bass) & Sam Walker (drums). Through Bullets and Bravery combine gutsy vocals with rhythmic breakdowns and incendiary guitars riffs. From the powerful breakdown in 'Yesterdays Rising' and 'This is Anna Biller' to the more melodic sound of 'The Memory of You (my Burden)' Through Bullets and Bravery are a band of many colors.
The Centralian Advocate says: “The poetic band has been gaining quite a following since its public debut at the Small Day In during April last year and should put on a good show.†Through Bullets and Bravery have not only played at the Small Day In but have preformed several times at The Todd Tavern, along side local bands Nights Plague and Sweet Surrender. They are often asked to play at 18th and 21st birthday parties, something they enjoy and are happy to do. On 22nd September, 2007, they headlined the local acts for Bassinthedust, followed by Melbourne based groups Mammal and Behind Crimson Eyes.
Their Influences include: 36 Crazyfists, Behind Crimson Eyes, AFI, Rise Against, Killswitch Engage, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Atreyu, As I Lay Dying, Bullet For My Valentine, I Killed The Prom Queen, and many more. In July 2007 Through Bullets and Bravery recorded 3 of their original songs at a home studio in Alice Springs and in the near future plan to re-record and release an EP containing 7 of their original tracks.
The band is now working on pre-production for the debut EP, entitled 'Eve's End'.
