Silence Of The Lambs is a favorite but I really like just about anything. I think I have seen almost every movie ever made. EVER..
Smallville, Rescue Me, Over There, Greys Anatomy, The Office, The Colbert Report, Dirty Jobs. Much more but those are some favorites.
The only two books I have read in the last year are Full Metal Jacket the limited edition on-set diary. And The Ultimate Zombie Survival Guide for when they finally attack.
