MELIPTIC is a heavy metal band here to grab you by the balls! After a two year struggle of trying to find members to make up the best heavy metal band alive, MELIPTIC is finally complete. It all started with Alex Tobar on drums and Jon Reyes on guitar, and it pretty much stayed that way for quite some time. Despite the absence of a bass player and a singer, they continued to do what they love to do best-make music. Even though they were only two, they didn't let it stop them from progressing and growing as a band. They recorded a demo cd, and also played a talent show which earned them $100. Finally, after jamming as a "two-man band" for nearly two years, Jon discovered AJ, a sick bass player with the right attitude MELIPTIC needed. Jon invited him to a jam session and it was like magic. And now they were three. All the band needed now was a vocalist. After going through vocalist after vocalist, Jon just decided to take it upon himself to sing vocals. But, they now needed a rhythm guitarist. They had already known about a guitarist named Juan. He came to a jam session and blew them away. After two shows, MELIPTIC was brought to a stop due to problems within the band. They were now short a guitar player, but they're weren't going to stop here. Finally, they asked a friend who they knew from the band "Reverance" to join. He joined the band for a jam, and he fit in perfectly. He was exactly what they needed to continue to kick ass and make the loudest, rudest, sickest, heavy metal music to ever be heard....
