Obscure Noise Control

Obscure Noise Control has been on the prowl since 1996. The project started out mainly as a live act playing many punk/hardcore/metal gigs locally much to the dismay of the gig goers, but lately there has been a dry spell with regards to live performances, but thats all set to change soon.
