i grew up in the suburban town of branford, CT. spent several years in catholic schools. went to UConn, got a bachelor of science in ecology and evolutionary biology and worked for ResNet there and worked at pete's cycles and stoves during the summers driving their delivery truck. upon graduation, i found the job market non-existent, at least for what i was looking for. worked a few different jobs to make ends meet, working in a warehouse loading and unloading trucks and sorting stuff to be shipped, making cabinets, and substitute teaching. during this time i had been going on several interviews. landed a part time job in a high school where i worked for 2 months because i got the interview and job offer from providence college. and i moved to providence....
now i'm a rhode islander. i don't drive more than 10 minutes for anything. i only leave the 1 mile radius around my apartment about once every 2 weeks or so. call me a bum, but when everything is right here, who needs to go farther? i even have a choice of 2 dunkin donuts within half a mile of my place. and the best frozen lemonade in the state is about a mile away.
i like music, good beer, and computers... sometimes all at once.
