“Order is, at one and the same time, that which is given in things as their inner law, the hidden network that determines the way they confront one another, and also that which has no existence except in the grid created by a glance, an examination, a language; and it is only in the blank spaces of this grid that order manifests itself in depth as though already there, waiting in silence for the moment of its expression,” -Focault

My Interests

i took a quizzilla quiz and it said that my inner power was understanding. so there you have it. mm . . . interests . . . eyes. music is key. cats are portals . . . i'm into astrology, humanities and cultural trends and trying to transpose them on the individual and personal relationships, finding perspectives that surprise even the most open minded . . . wondering what open minded really means . . . feeling all choked up by the world and knowing that it's all good . . . being optimistic, and then being incredibly pessimistic, and then being optimistic again. writing down my dreams. being frustrated and limited by my humanness . . . feeling comforted and tearful when i realize someone else understands me. losing myself in something like art, music, writing, a good book, a train of thought, a purring cat, cheesy stuff like that. i operate on the assumption that i will find true love someday. amethyst, biographies, movies, good friends, sorrow, interpretations, recovery from addiction, tattoos, style, expressions, crows feet, the buzzing of streelights heard in solitude . . .
