About Me

I'm a cellist (electric & acoustic) and I am happily married to David~ trumpet, composer/arranger, piano :) Please check out David's music at: http://www.davidperrico.comWe live and and work in Las Vegas, NV. We relocated to Las Vegas from Youngstown, Ohio, in August, '04. I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in music performance (cello) from the Dana School of Music at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. While attending school, I studied with Professor of Cello, Michael Gelfand. I play cello and sing background vocals in Cirque du Soleil's "O" show at the Bellagio. I absolutely love my job! Since moving to Vegas, I have been fortunate to be the cellist in an electric quartet, Phat Strad, and an acoustic/electric ensemble, Bella Rumore. Both groups travel and perform often, mostly for corporate events. I regularly performed with the Ned Steinberger NS Design CR Series electric cello, the Yamaha limited pearl edition cello, and the Zeta electric. I love the NS because it is possible to walk around while playing! There's a cool youtube video below featuring Phat Strad while we played for a corporate event in Orlando. Check it out =)
