Born March 12, 1982, Rosalee came out of the womb with the gift of voice. Having never taken a single singing lesson before in her life, Rosalee never realized the true power of her talent. Singing, although always an outlet for her, was a hobby that seemed out of reach in her mind. However, in 2006 that all changed. While singing at a local Las Vegas venue, Rosalee was discovered by producer/songwriters, Darren Sher and Cris Judd of Lee Grant Productions. When they overheard her powerful and soulful voice that evening, they immediately signed her to an artist development/production deal and went to Lee Grant Productions’ private recording studio in Las Vegas. The rest as they say “is historyâ€.Rosalee has spent all of 2007 pursuing her dream in the Lee Grant Productions studio. She has been hard at work writing, testing and fine-tuning all aspects of her first major album, focusing on a solid marketable product that will appeal to the masses. Some of Rosalee’s major influences include; Sly And The Family Stone, Prince, Alicia Keys, Chaka Khan, Lenny Kravitz, Stevie Wonder, Pink, and The Beatles. These combinations of sounds echo clearly through her powerful voice and unique, soulful style.Along with working on her inaugural album, Rosalee has been making other inroads into the music world. Although she is in the beginning stages of recording her debut album, Rosalee’s voice has already been heard on hit TV shows such as “Supernatural†on the WB, and “Dirty Dancing†on the WE network. She has also had some of her original music placed in Luxor Hotel’s hit show “Fantasyâ€, rated the sexiest show in Las Vegas three times in a row on the Las Vegas Strip. Rosalee has been asked to sing the national anthem at various televised stadium football games in the Las Vegas area as well. Also, Rosalee was asked to accompany artist Steve Carlson on tour in Europe as the only female vocalist in the group. The tour lasted one month.Rosalee has just begun her journey to become a household name in the music industry. As long as talent and drive are still factors of success, Rosalee is and will be a force to be reckoned with.
