Sören G. was born in Uppsala, Sweden. It..s a 40 minutes drive north of Stockholm.1966 He started his first band togheter with some friends from school. The band was called The Sound Sect. The band only did one gig.1969 Jet another schoolband called The Hooligans1971 Sören G. met uncle at a gasstation and the rest is as them say history. They formed Rävjunk and played togheter for 10 years. Still after nearly 40 years they still are good friends and have almost daily contact with each other.1982 he formed a band called The Sleep as a one off project supporting Johnny Thunders. When Thunders miss a gig The Sleep decide to carry on as a band and in 1985 they released their only album "win or lose" shortly after the album was released the band broke up.1986 - 1987 G was in a band called SLM1988 he was in Kings of Speed but the band didn..t last long due to the death of two members of the band.1993 G did a one of show with Jocke Marsh (Spellbound, Glenn Hughes) Rickard Sporrong (Midas Touch, Peace Love and Pitbulls) Nicke Rune (The Sleep, Soul Pack) on guitars Mattias Sjöstedt bass and Palle Isaksson ( Hansa Band, Steve Eastside, Solid Blue) on drums. Played AC/DC and Beatles covers. He was also in a band called Class of 79 with people from Webstrarna, Pale Riders, AhSouls and Poppers. This band lasted not long enough to play any gigs. But the band played old punk songs like "Baby Baby" and "Teenage Kicks". Don..t remeber the year it was.2005 Last record he did was with Diskonto as a guest vocalist. He did "Bohman Bohman" the almost hit single he did with Rävjunk in 1979.He also worked at Barowiak as house dj for 4 years. Still dj-ing and also write about music in some fanzies. He also worked as a roadie and tourmananger for artist like Brian Robertson, Eric Burdon and Warren Zevon. In 2005 G and "uncle" from Rävjunk started to listen to all the tapes from live, rehearsal and studio outtakes from Rävjunks 10 years career. We have some plans to release a cdbox with Rävjunk sometimes in the future. But the project come to a suddenly stop in 2006 when Sören G. was involved in an accident and was due to do some operations and he was in hospital for nearly the whole year. But now the project is on again. G and "uncle" also start working on the reissue of Rävjunks only album "Uppsala Stadshotell Brinner" from 1977 soon to be released on cd with a bonus cd contains nearly 70 minutes of unreleased songs. The record company is Transsubstans located in Malmö, Sweden. He also had some plans to do a country album in the future. He wants to do something different, people think that he..s a hardcore punk rocker, but he had always like country music. Maybe he do a duet album like Gram and Emmylou if he finds the right partner. The country project is a bit delayed because of the reissue of Rävjunks cd.2007 The cosmic cowboy punk project is on. The project includes G on vocals, Animor Dobrovich guitars/bass and Matts Bergkvist drums.
HE also involved in another project with the guys from The Unkinds. It was meant to be a one off project recording my old song "Bohman, Bohman" with new lyrics and now called "Reinfeldt,Reinfeldt". But now the project has got bigger so now we going to record a lots of other songs, maybe we do a album.
He and "uncle" from junket is now also trying to get the fucking Rävjunk album out. It was meant to be released in september, but the record company has delay the release date all the time. Who says that it is easy to be rockstar?"laugh"
2008 Rävjunk is planning for some gigs later on this year. The line-up is G-vox, The Road Grader-guitar, Uncle-drums, Henrik and Pigge from The Unkinds on guitar and bass and Janne H. from Highway Stars, Natrual Way ..boards.Hey Little Girl

Snuten sa nej - Rävjunk live Katalin may 17
The Cosmic Cowboy Punk Project, is quiescent at the moment. Mainly because of the commitment with Ravjunk. But also because of the lost of Animor as a guitarplayer, I wish him the best luck in the future and thank him for the time that has been. Take care friend." You don't have to be a musician to play rock and roll You've just got to love it and want to play it.'' ''People don't talk about an orchestra and say, 'Oh. Are ya still playing that fucking old Beethoven stuff?' Why should they say the same to us?''LEE BRILLEAUX 1976
