Tale 1 from Valerieland (a true story)
One day while walking with her cello on her back, Valerie passed by a cheerful, yet homeless gentleman in Harvard Square.
As Val whizzed past him, onto someplace "very important," he called out to her.
"You carry your best friend with you." he said, referring to the growth on her back that some would call an instrument.
A truer word she had never heard spoken to her by a complete stranger.

Tale 2 from Valerieland (another true story)
One day while walking with her cello on her back, Valerie passed by a man who appeared to be homeless.
Taken by the instrument on her back, he engaged her with questions regarding it's nature.
Pleasantries were exchanged. The cello was discussed, her new friend mentioned his interest in music and his ability to play the harmonica.
As the conversation wrapped up and the two parties started off on their seperate ways, the gentleman took one more knowing look at Valerie and said,
"You know, you really do have a big butt."
Honest...that's what he said...
