Los Marivis es un grupo de Madris que se debate entre el cafrismo, el rock, el punk, el pop, el mongorock, el country, el disco, el pfun(k), el garaje, el surrealismo y la realidad, con muchas y muy variadas influencias y con letras desternillantes que rallan el absurdo, interpretadas por un frontman incapaz de estarse quieto.
Voz y guitarras son amigos de la infancia y espiritu original del grupo y tras muchos años y varias formaciones se unen bajo (ex-Ibarruri) y bateria. Dan varios conciertos y graban una pseudomaqueta, pero Juandi decide unirse a otros musicos y personas mucho mas respetables con lo que fichan unas nuevas baquetas - siguen haciendo bolos en todo tipo de sitios y condiciones, comparten escenario con grupos amigos como Los Cretinos o Swadeshi y en Abril de 2008 graban su primer EP "Salvamento Maritimo" en los estudios Vendetta.

Vocals and guitars are childhood friends and also the original spirit of the band and after many years and different line ups, bass and drums finally join in . They play some concerts and record a pseudodemo, but Juandi decides to join much more respectable musicians and people so new sticks are recruited - they go on playing gigs, share shows with friend bands like Los Cretinos or Swadeshi, and on April 2008 recorded their first EP "Salvamento Maritimo" at Vendetta studio.
