About Me

What exactly is a vagabond? A vagabond, in its adjective form, describes one who lives an unsettled life. The Vagabonds are a group of people, who at one point were unsettled. Whether we were unsettled with ourselves, the way this country is run, the faults of the education system, the lack of conscience and compassion some people have, or with anything physically and morally appauling, matters not. All we know is how to combat this: Through our music.
For over three years, The Vagabonds have been playing numerous shows, with numerous members in order to find meaning in an often unsettling world. Through the use of blazing guitar rifts, slappin' bass lines, powerful brass sections, and melodic sax licks, The Vagabonds have been bending genres and giving a meaning to the word " ballin' ".
Despite the many lineup changes and financial problems, the Vagabonds have found the sound and solid lineup that truly fits what they want to accomplish, which is to settle this unsettling world with the power of great musicianship, whether they have to money to do so or not. This world isn't all about money, right? Expect the brand new 2nd full length album in summer 2007. Get ready for the ride, it may be a little unsettling.
