My Interests

Peter Bisanz developed the documentary ONE while completing his MBA, with an emphasis on social entrepreneurship, at the University of Oxford's Said Business School. During his time at Oxford, Peter was fortunate enough to obtain an internship with the Department of Information and International Relations (the DIIR) for the Central Tibetan Administration in Dharamsala, India, where he produced filmed segments of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's teachings. While in Dharamsala, Peter developed the concept of ONE in collaboration with the Secretary of the DIIR and later with the Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.Prior to his enrollment at Oxford, Peter worked as a producer and film executive in Los Angeles. For three years, he served as vice president of development for The Ladd Company, reporting directly to legendary producer Alan Ladd, Jr., the former president of two studios and producer of BRAVEHEART, CHARIOTS OF FIRE, THE RIGHT STUFF, and BLADE RUNNER.Peter began his career in the entertainment industry in 1997 as assistant to the president of production at Paramount Pictures, before being promoted to the position of production coordinator for Paramount Pictures' Academy Awards Campaign in 1998. Peter also freelanced as a second unit cinematographer and assistant cameraman for such television productions as MAD ABOUT YOU, THE MICHAEL RICHARDS SHOW and THE BETTE MIDLER SHOW. Peter attended New York University's Tisch School of Arts where he graduated with a BFA in Film and Television, and also completed undergraduate work at Columbia University, where he majored in Cinema Studies and Creative Writing.A few clips of the interviews so far:
