Travelling, travelling, more travelling! Down Cannons Gym every other day, attempting to learn Spanish, obsessive about my job, media biogs, and trying unsuccessfully to leave my former career in radio behind. I'm also trying to start a couple of sports and music TV-related businesses as well. If there are any superb media lawyers out there, please step forward - I can't afford the rates of the good ones! I don't fancy re-mortgaging my house *just* for legal advice!
My ideal women are Sandra Bullock and Natalie Imbruglia. Can you actually believe that Beth in Neighbours could look even better with short hair? Natalie has moved to Windsor. Clearly she is trying to find me. Over here love. Failing those two, maybe Kirsty Gallacher. Or Rachel Stevens. Or all four of them. I'm getting carried away now... Actually I really want to meet Dave's new jetski ;-p

Without any hesitation whatsoever my favourite song off all time is 'Cats In The Cradle' by Harry Chapin. The *original* not the Ugly Kid Joe Version! Love Rob Dougan (guy who did The Matrix soundtrack), The Foo Fighters, The Mooney Suzuki (wicked New York rock band), movie soundtracks (Kill Bill especially), Hans Zimmer, Lisa Gerrard, most commercial dance and the odd foreign band like M-Clan. Really varied. I also am rather good at playing 'beat the intro'. Go on, dare me!
The Shawshank Redemption - easy. I own 5 different versions of the film! Can you believe it was nominated for *seven* Oscars and won zip! Still, it's damn good! Also Amores Perros is a dynamite movie and rates very high on my list.
I don't watch that much actually but I do spend my working week producing for TV so it's cool to get away from work. I love The Office and South Park, and have really got into Spooks and Ghost Squad after working on them recently. Also the classic episodes of The A-Team on UK Gold are fantastic 20 years on! Obviously, I always watch Everton on Sky Sports, plus I really *should* watch more TV Espana... Oh if you have never done so watch Record TV (channel 810) Sundays at 8pm for Brazilian football. It's worth watching for the commentators alone "Gooooooooooooooaaaaaallllll"! Serious! Go check it out! Does anyone else remember 'The Box Of Delights' back on BBC TV in 1984? I picked up the DVD on eBay - awesome stuff!
A thought provoking book called '50 Facts That Will Change The World' - and on the flipside 'The Gospel According To Chris Moyles'. Also by my bedside is McCarthy's Bar by Pete McCarthy. A top read is 'No Logo' by Naomi Klein, as is Fast Food Nation. Flip told me of an amazing book called Positive Thinking which I dig into now and again. Plus I've got a stack of media biogs I dig into like 'Stick It Up Your Punter - The Uncut Story of The Sun Newspaper'. I've also just finished reading Dished! The story of BSB. Also got loads of books waiting to be read like Buying a House in Spain, and Leadership by Rudolph Guiliani. I'm a lazy git..intend to read them but don't actually do so! If you want to buy me a present *don't* buy me a book - I have too many waiting to be read!
The Chuckle Brothers, the legendary Ray Cokes (MTV), David Moyes, Sam Chisholm, and my mate Clare. She is the most positive and inspirational person you could ever meet!
