My dear friends...
I have glitter running through my veins. Quite the change from my younger years. Until I had a beautiful baby girl, I did not own one item of pink. In fact, my favorite wardrobe colors were black, grey, and khaki. When I found out that I was having a girl, I bought my first pair of pink PJ's to match hers. Let's see, what else... I LOVE to laugh, and to make others laugh. The good laughter, you know the kind; when your tummy hurts and tears stream down. Once my brother Mac had me laughing so hard that my teeth chattered, and we were standing in front of a lit fireplace! That was a first. I have a closet love for the Golden Girls. Favorite line is when Dorthy says to Rose, " Cheese Rose?" and Rose responds, "Let's taste it and see!". I am silly and dorky. I think it is so important to be able to laugh at yourself. Most little stresses in life just aren't worth the agony we put ourselves through. I think we are all on this earth to help one another. I don't think life is worth living otherwise. There is nothing I wouldn't sacrifice for my children. They are my entire universe. I cannot understand anyone who doesn't put their children first. We have to protect them, noone else will! Ok, there is so much more, but I am sure you all don't need to read a novel. Let's just all take care of ourselves, and each other. (Not to quote Springer, but come on, is there any better advice than that?).
