One Sided Productions was founded in 2003 on a common goal between two seasoned local musicians. Eddy Hindes (Producer/Engineer) and Mark Heilbrunn (Producer/Engineer), came together to build a studio in which bands can record quality material for a reasonable price. One Sided Productions' main location is located on the east side of Columbus, Ohio just off Brice and Refugee Rd under the direction of Eddy Hindes. "Studio B" is located in Whitehall, Ohio at the residence of Producer/Engineer Mark Heilbrunn. Both studios are fully equipped to provide quality digital recording at prices designed to benefit independent artists and small labels.
LIGHTNING DEMO PACKAGE: $200
Perfect for studio-efficient bands on a budget! If you need a quick demo for a cheap price this is the deal for you. Even the cheapest studios in Columbus don't offer a deal this sweet. This price is unbeatable and we will price match!!This package includes 8 hours of digital recording and mixing. Track as many songs as you like just as long as it’s complete in 8 hours! The more efficient you are the better the deal! Now you have no excuse not to record a demo at One Sided Productions!! 50% deposit is required prior to start date to reserve your session.
3-SONG DEMO PACKAGE: $700
This package is designed for bands who desire a quality 3-song demo. Whether you need additional songs on your myspace page, promo cd’s for your press kit, or you just need to add songs to your upcoming EP, this package will get the job done. This package includes (2) 12-hour of days of digital recording, light production and mixing. Hours may be split up into no more than 4 days equal to 24 hours. 50% deposit is required prior to start date to reserve your session.
FULL PRODUCTION PACKAGE: $3500 flat rate or $30/hour
Need an entire album? This is the package for you. This package includes full production, digital individual tracking, mixing and full mastering for 10 songs. Also, we will include a 60-second commercial and myspace promo free of charge. No need to worry about watching the clock anymore. There are no specific time constraints with this package. No matter how long it takes, our producers here at One Sided Productions will work with you and your band to create an amazing record that you can be proud of for years to come. 10% deposit is required prior to start date to reserve your session.
MIXING:$100/song or $30/hour
Record at another studio? Need old material remixed? Let our experienced engineers here at One Sided Productions bring your tracks to life. We will mix or remix your project and export it into a pristine 44.1khz/24bit 2-track master that is ready to be mastered. Master your project with us and receive 10% off the cost of mixing.
MASTERING:$50/song
One of the most important and beneficial tasks to improve your project is mastering! Our experienced engineers will make your project into a loud, radio ready, redbook-cd master that will hold it's own when compared to major label albums. We signal process, compress, limit, edit, fade, normalize, harmonic balance and sequence all your tracks to ensure continuity between songs. We use some of the very best mastering plug-ins including Waves Diamond Bundle and great outboard gear to achieve a sound that is unbeatable for the price. Need proof? Just send us a track and we will master it FOR FREE so that you can see for yourself how important mastering is for your project. All major label releases are mastered so why shouldn’t you treat your project with the same care? Clients who have recorded with One Sided Productions will receive a 15% discount.
