About Me

i am originally from Houston, Texas. i moved to Los Angeles about 13 years ago just after the Northridge earthquake, riots and fires- everyone had evacuated and rents were cheap. Perfect!!! After years of stand up comedy and many commercials later, I went on a soul searching journey to find my birthparents. For the last 7 years I have been performing a one woman show telling the story of my life and self discovery....I am now turning that into a film. Its called "North Blvd".I teach Yoga at Power Yoga in Santa Monica and at various gyms around the west side of Los Angeles. If you want to download an audio version of my class, go to yogichocolate.com and click on me, Amy, and make a donation. You'll have a kick ass class forever in your itunes and you can take me to Brazil, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, or Asia. If you're in town, come to Power Yoga in Santa Monica on a tuesday or thursday at 9am and experience blisssss.
