Hanging out with Steve and my girls, old movies, biographies, old houses and cathedrals etc..., people in general, walking, goooooood food, healthy living, red wine & good beers, visiting anywhere new, new music, new books, anything creative or inspiring, being outside, funny stuff, laughing 'til you cry or pee or worst of all, toot in public!!:) (On second thought, maybe peeing in public is worse...)
I'd like to meet:
Steve Martin, (my first crush ever at the tender age of 5, my other crush at the time was Davey Jones of the Monkees:):):)
Other than that, I would like to meet all of you!:)
Music:
I like lots and lots and LOTS of music:)...I think just about everything,...always interested in new sounds...Steve has been my major music connection, as he is completely obsessed with finding good music, and then sharing:) SO I am the happy recipient...more on music later... Think rather than give a large list of mainly what the man sends me,(MY man, not THE man), I'll give you an update of what I'm listening to every so often... Re-flex (Something About You), and XTC, older stuff, like Are You Receiving Me...and Pop Will Eat Itself, their old stuff
Movies:
I'm OH so out of the loop, but...Divorce of Lady X, Wuthering Heights, Twelve Monkeys, Rebecca, Child of Glass, The Changeling, April Fools Day, Laura, Sybil,In Cold Blood, Amelie, Donny Darko,
Television:
no cable or satellite, but the last shows I really enjoyed watching were Jackass, Scrubs, Gilmore Girls, Ren and Stimpy, The Tic, X-files, Beakman's World, yeah, I said I'm out of the loop!!:) I've recently been turned on to Arrested Development, which is no longer a current series, bummer... Lost is good...and I like Deal or No Deal:)Oh, I like watching all of the travel stuff with Samantha Brown. Good wit on those shows...and since I don't get out much, the destinations appeal to me:) Some favs are Nanny and the Professor, Gidget, Little House on the Prairie, The Kroft Supershow, The Monkees, Laugh-In, The Gong Show, Fantasy Island:)
Books:
I use to read a lot, now it seems all I read are kiddie books...
