DAY OF JUSTICE was found in the early spring of 2007. Two 15 and 16 year old guys decided to jam some sick metal shit with much beer on the first day in the rehearsal. They thought that this would be a nice project for having fun in creating music together. The whole thing ran under the name THE CURSE OF DYING ANGELS. After some more times in the rehearsal the two dudes decided to add a second guitarist, a bassist and a singer to it. The first guy that came was Christoph, an old friend of Sascha and he presented his fucking insane voice. It was clear that he will be the new front dude of THE CURSE OF DYING ANGELS. So two weeks later, the dudes found Lars, a bassist really fitting the position of a bassist in a metalband. He suggested to invite Florian to play some guitarshit with them. The band didn’t believe that a little visually handicapped dude like him could play guitar like the devil himself. So the five piece death squad was completed now. A few months later with 6 songs the band booked a studio to record the first demo cd. At the same time they booked their first show which would be a real success for the band. But before the band entered the studio they memorized that THE CURSE OF DYING ANGELS was a real gay bandname. And after some days of thinking about a new one, the band agreed DAY OF JUSTICE as their new bandname. Back to the story… after recording and selling the six piece demo disc and playing some gigs the band began to realize that they climbed up some small but essential steps on the ladder of success. It means that DAY OF JUSTICE gained a real fanbase in their hometown and surroundings. After playing like 20 shows all over Germany with bands like ANIMA, CRIMSON FALLS, LOWER HELL, FALLEN YGGDRASIL and many others DAY OF JUSTICE also won some real friends like DARGOLF METZGORE and SCARS OF MY ENEMY and is ready to destroy and party whole europe and maybe the world. So be ready for their real funny and professional dumbass liveshow.
