Bassplayer from Belgium.Playing bass as Maximus.I started playing bass in '94 with my first band Fu-Rame. I was very much influenced by bassplayers like Jens Lodén (Agurk Players), Stuart Zender (Jamiroquai), Axl Peleman (Ashbury Faith) and of course Flea and Les Claypool...I studied at the Antwerp Jazz Studio bass and upright bass...the following years, I had the chance to play with various artist such as Roland v Campenhout, Venus In Flames, Moiano, Novastar, Flip Kowlier, Ultrasonic 7, Jasper Steverlinck, Helder, Woodface, Arsenal, Racoon, Stash, Trixie Whitley, Garland Jeffreys, Skitsoy, Savalas....MAXIMUS is my alter ego. My songs, my vocals, playing chords on bass & upright bass...or call it 'singer/songwriting on bass'....debut album recorded in Sweden....check myspace !.....Music, smiling, positive attitude, rock 'n roll: that's it, that's what it's all about !Music is great !
