Misbegotten [working on new material]

Misbegotten was founded in May 1993. After lots of concerts and a 6th place at the Finals of the ABC Austrian Bandcontest, the first EP called “Children For Sale” was released in summer 1995 and sold more than 600 copies in direct selling.
Two Years later, Misbegotten(or short: 'MBG') released their first LP “Perfect World” in September of '97, which sold more than 1000 copies as of today. In the following years the band supported well-known Names like; OBITUARY, GRIP Inc., PRO PAIN, PISSING RAZORS and LETZTE INSTANZ and was featured on Samplers in Austria, Germany, England, the USA(Sirdar Sampler) and Japan(Cozo-sampler).
From 2000 to 2002, MBG played on Open-Air festivals in Germany, worked hard on new Songs and was voted the “featured (Metal-)Artist of the Week” three times on www.mp3.com.
The LP “Join The MBG” was presented in September 2003 at the “10 Years Of MBG”-Show at the Rockhouse Salzburg.
In Summer '04, the band changed their lead vocalist, which brought even more power to the bands already established mixture of Hardcore and Metal. Subsequently, years full of great shows followed(supported Bands like SOILWORK and HATESPHERE, played at the Finals of the Aeordrome-Bandcontest in Vienna,..)
2006 was used to work on and record new songs, from which 7 made it on to the Misbegotten LP: “To End All Lies”, which was released early 2007 and brought us a record deal with NOISEHEADRECORDS and concerts with bands like SWORN ENEMY and TERROR.
