Le Gothique Club(Photographie Obscure)

About Me

Freelance photographer. My name is Fabio and Le Gothique Club archives the result of my research as freelance photographer. My work is inspired by Murnau movies, old black and white pictures (expecially the ones from the 20's) and by Edgar Allan Poe books. During the past years I explored the gothic aura I found inside french cathedrals and between the lines of Edgar Allan Poe books. I spent also a lot of time on stages, trying to capture the essence of live bands during their live act. I also took some shots for advertising campaigns. I am always available to take pictures of your band or develop new projects. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++About my past expo: +2005+ The first one was "Rotta sulle cattedrali", a reportage focusing on the architecture and esoterism of 10 selected French cathedrals. +2006+ The second "Obscure" are a collection of images inspired by an Edgar Allan Poe novel, Ligeia. +2007+ Whitin the project "Giallo Emiliano" in the collective show "Nocturno Nocturne",took place my third expo, where the theme was thriller and noir stories. +2007+ My fourth, "La memoria dimenticata", a retrospective about S.Lazzaro Mental Hospital and the County Criminal mental hospital, two ancient and enigmatical places in state of neglect.+
