Tony Pageot

Born in Montreal, Quebec into a musical family it was not a surprise to see Tony Pageot, the youngest of three brothers to become a drummer. Any chance he had he would hit on everything to make different types of rhythms. His brothers are all accomplished musicians in the Music industry. Steve, the eldest, is a producer/flutist also a Grammy Award winner (Aretha Franklin, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Talib Kweli). His middle brother Ric’key, is the Musical Director/Keyboardist for Le Cirque Du Soleil the "DELIRIUM" show and last but not least his father, Fritz, a well known bass player in Montreal.At the age of two, Tony received his 1st drum set. He would mimic the drum patterns from different records and then create his own unique style.Watching singers and musicians come in and out of the house was not strange to him. If it were not his father jamming in the basement with other musicians it would be his brothers working with different singers or rappersStill in his early stage of his career, he has already opened for major recording artists from Montreal, touring playing with respected musicians in his home town. He is currently attending Vanier College in Jazz performance to pursue his music career. He also teaches how to play Drums to young local students from his town.We should keep our eye on this rising star because he could be one of the next great musicians to make a great impact on our world.
