A natural born musician with a passion and fire for singing, Ayesha Lutchman is now preparing to bring her music to the people.
The key to Ayesha's awesome live performances is her ability to play piano to a classically trained level. Mixing this with a deep connection to Blues and Soul, she is able to complement her vocal style perfectly while allowing the listener to completely empathise with the message of the song. The emotion conveyed through her lyrics draws people in and leaves them wanting more (check out the videos!). She was formerly part of girl band 'DeVoteD' and through this has worked with some outstanding musicians, producers and songwriters including The Ignorants, Bigpockets, Femi Fem, Michelle Escoffery, JD (So Solid) and Rishi Rich.
Currently Ayesha is working on her debut album and performing regularly with Catch 22 Live as well as at various open-mic nights around the South of England. She recently performed at the BBC Electric Proms and has recently confirmed Glastonbury Festival with the Catch 22 Live Show.
Her tracks were played on Ras Kwame's show in April '07 on BBC Radio 1Xtra and were sent out on a podcast to 185,000 people! This multi-talented artist has a very bright musical career ahead, with a wide array of talent and musical abilities on tap.
