Seize The Day are a punk rock band from North Wales. Started by two ex-members of Out Of Use (Local Separated Hardcore Outfit) looking to carry on playing punk rock, but this time with a more positive approach. Seize The Days main goal is to have fun, four close friends doing what we love with a passion, with lyrics about friendship, hanging out, lifeâ€™s mishaps and lifeâ€™s joys and all influenced by bands like Kid Dynamite, The Bouncing Souls, H2o, Green Day and Give Up The Ghost.
