BIOGRAPHY
Critical Frustration Point have been together for 5 years now, originally formed at Rawlins College near Loughborough in the summer of 2002 during GCSE exams by Jamie Everley, Danny Jones and original bass player Leon Hassall. Ryan Walton was eventually recruited in november 2002 and rhythm guitarist Chris Tolton was asked to join during July 2003.
Having taken most of 2005 off and having suffered problems within the band, losing a bassist and such, who was thankfully replaced by Mr Thomas Chamberlain in November 2006, we are now ready to come and wreck your necks with a new line up. We will soon be heading in to the studio to get our first proper demo recorded. We've played a variety of gigs including performing at the 3rd Stage Marquee tent at the Rock N Blues Custom Show in July 2003 and then, in November of 2004, coming 3rd out of an overall 80 bands in the Original Bands Showcase.
We are currently in the middle of recording a new demo, which will include our newest track, 'Kursk'! If you want a copy of our old demo leave a message for us and we'll sort you one out.if you like what you hear and you would like to join our mailing list send an email to [email protected] to get updates on gigs and any other info we can be arsed to produce.
